Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our products we offer a 6 month manufacturer  warranty policy, which means you have 6 months after receiving your item to request a return/exchange  due to a manufacturer defect.  

To start a return, you can contact us at info@awwshuckspearls.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products once a setting has been set with a pearl it is not eligible for a exchange. However if it is a product that does not need pearl mounting please email us so we can evaluate the issue.
